Lo staff e' molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione e' nella media. Il rapporto qualita' prezzo e' ottimo.”

“We have stayed here before. We returned because the location and ambiance of the resort is amazing but previously did have some complaints. They upped their game on the food and service. It was a much better experience than previous stay. Food was way better. Staff friendliness was way better. We will definitely be back. ”

“Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could.”

“The renovated room was nice and efficient, pool was well kept, breakfast has lots of varieties to choose from. Very walkable to public beach access. Staff is very helpful. They said they're almost done with renovating all the rooms.”
