“Rod at the front desk was nice and kind and helped us out! The room was beyond nicer than what I thought an inn would look like! It was cleaned and well maintained and right on the beach! Would 100% stay here again! Bed was nice and comfy! It truly felt like a home away from home! Felt so much nicer than just your typically motel stay. Felt like a mini home!”

“Property is on a beautiful flat beach with tons of shells. Our room was quiet and faced the parking lot. King bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ample with 24 hour hot water and coffee in the lobby. We did not use the pools but there were 4- Lazy River, 1.5 foot wading pool, regular pool and an indoor pool with jacuzzi. Would definitely rebook this one!”

“Pros: - staff fantastic - very nice breakfast - location - parking Cons: - room was barely cleaned we arrived and there was a bottle cup under the chair and we left and it was still there - soap was finished and not replenished - key continuing deactivated and this is quite annoying once you arrived in front of your room and you need to go down to the reception - I suggest to re-caulk the bathroom as mold are building up - it is strange to see that all air conditioned discharge the water on...

“We love staying at Shell Island resort. Comfortable rooms. Great place to stay in the off season with kids - if there is bad weather, there is an indoor pool to swim!”

“Really nice beach hotel. I stayed there for a conference. Burger is good in restaurant and the coffee is good at the snack shop. Very very nice staff and it is very clean. I felt the beds were comfortable the only draw back was the water pressure in the shower.”

“My best friend and I stayed here and we loved it. We stayed in the Maui section in room 110. it overlooked the ocean and also the back area of the hotel, which has a fireplace a gazebo and a pool. It was just amazing.”
