The Broadway Skyliner, a new, permanent skyride that will be running the length of the midway. “It goes about 1,400 feet from the east end to the west end and will take about seven minutes,” says the fair's acting director Troy Waffner. Take a ride on this and you’ll get a beautiful birds-eye view of the fairgrounds!

Bar none the coolest welcome center in any state in any city I have ever visited. You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

"Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate"
