Se stai cercando una casa spaziosa e ben arredata in un'ottima posizione, allora hai trovato il posto giusto! Captiva Sands si trova a Eagles Landing, nel cuore della spiaggia di Rehoboth, a pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti e attività, a breve distanza in auto dalle spiagge e dalle aree commerciali di Rehoboth, Dewey e Lewes. Sia che stiate cercando una vacanza al mare plurifamigliare, una fuga per lo shopping delle ragazze o anche una tranquilla fuga fuori stagione, Captiva Sands è il luogo perfetto.

Il quartiere degli Eagles Landing offre tre piscine (una proprio davanti alla porta di casa), campi da tennis, centro ricreativo, raggiungibili a piedi dai ristoranti, un breve giro in bicicletta per la città e vicino agli outlet.

Eagles Landing si trova appena fuori dalla Route 1 ed è a breve distanza a piedi da The Big Fish Grill, Arenas Sports Bar and Grill e da una varietà di mercati del pesce. I bambini potranno divertirsi a piedi fino al parco acquatico Jungle Jim, uno dei preferiti di Rehoboth. Linee di negozi outlet Percorso 1. Vi è un soggiorno minimo di sette (7) notti durante l'alta stagione che va dal 22 maggio all'11 settembre 2020. Tutte le prenotazioni saranno dal venerdì al venerdì.

Best hidden gem!

This is our second stay here (Sisters trip) and we just love it! It’s our home away from home. Plenty of space, each had a bathroom to ourselves and the family room is cozy and comfortable. Megan is a great host and very responsive. We had no issues and definitely plan to stay again! Short drive distance to shopping and food.

Family Vacation

We all were very happy with our stay at this property. We had 8 adults and one child on this trip and we all were very comfortable. We had plenty of space and privacy. It really helped that each bedroom has a bathroom and even a half bath on the first floor. We loved sitting on the screen porch relaxing and the pool was so convenient. We had multiple vehicles and plenty of parking, The house was very clean. We will be back for sure!

Fun weekend with the family! Nice to have pool 20 yards away. Plenty of parking. Easy drive to beach, outlets, activities. Can walk to one restaurant. Loved the screened porch and yard - not huge yard but enough room for cornhole.

Great stay at Rehoboth

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and just as described in the listing. The pool was steps away and the beach and restaurants were a short drive. This was more than enough space for two families with small children. Would stay again.

Short Trip to the Shore

Overall this property was terrific! Perfect distance between beaches, the boardwalk as well as one of the pools. Property manager was attentive and it was a comfortable space for 7 (4 kids and 3 adults — playroom was a hit).

Superb Townhouse Property

We visited this property for a family get-together and had a great time. It was super convenient to have a first floor master bedroom, as well as two other master bedrooms. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as common space was ideal. Great communication with the owner, when needed. It was also great to have access to the pool, right outside the front door.

Comfortable and accommodating.

Nine of us stayed in this house with plenty of room to hang out together or find our own spaces. It was really nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. And the common living spaces were more than enough for all of us to hang out together. Made for a great weekend.

A pool and the Beach

Great location! The pool is ten steps from the front door, and the sand and surf are an easy drive away. The condo is a perfect fit for four couples and a couple of young kids, which is who we are. All the amenities are up to date, and Megan is available by phone for any questions. You can't go wrong! Howard & Diana

Family Vacation

This house is in a great little community, but It needs some TLC. The neighborhood and amenities are awesome. The floor plan is nice, but the walls are very thin. You can definitely hear neighbors on both sides and anything happening within the house regardless of what floor you are on. There were some little things that needed fixing or replacing, but nothing was a big deal and Megan was quick to respond and offered to send a handyman out ASAP, which was great.

Beautiful, Super Clean, Quiet

Really lovely place- lots of space, delightful screened in porch, short drive to the beach and stores. Perfectly decorated. I brought my family and there was ample space for the adults to spread out and even toys for the little ones to play with- a nice touch. Place was spotless and very comfortable. Megan kindly answered any questions I had promptly. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful and convenient

I'll stay was wonderful. Communicating with the owner was easy, efficient. And she was able to answer all our questions. Very kind, friendly and prompt. We were close to the beach 8 minutes away. Plunge Family Weekend

Megan's home was exactly what we expected. Perfect inside and out. The home easily accommodated our plunge family of 10 and Megan answered any questions and concerns we had along the way. We had all of the amenities of home and loved the fact that we were close to the beach but had the privacy we need! I can't wait to stay again!
