Welcome to North Shores "A Private Beach Tennis Pickleball and Swim Club in Rehoboth " This charming town home is ideally located in the peaceful North Shores Beach Club. Our guests have full access to the beautiful North Shore Ocean Beach Club on the with approximately 2,200 feet of private shore line! The beach club is for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. The North Shore Ocean Beach Club is a peaceful guarded beach. Your unit also includes access to The North Shores Community Club providing parking, use of the magnificent pool, two tennis and pickleball courts, kayak launch and food concessions! Your beach retreat has been completely renovated with many special appointments. There is central heat and air conditioning. There are tasteful furnishings, comfortable amenities, vaulted ceilings, tons of light and a front porch to enjoy the cool ocean breezes! Entering the first floor there is a is fully equipped chefs kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, state of the art stainless appliances and a convenient half bath! There is a large dining area with a wood burning fireplace and bar area! The living room is beautifully appointed with a comfortable QUEEN Pull out BED . There is ample state of the art entertainment systems. The unit has three Smart TVs, stereo player and WIFI! French doors open to the private rear fenced patio. This spacious outdoor area with comfortable lounge chairs and huge dinning table and is perfect for entertaining, lounging and dinning al fresco! There is also refreshing outdoor shower to enjoy after a relaxing day at the beach! The upper floor has a comfortable owners suite and lovely spa bath. A second large bedroom has two twin beds . A second full bath accompanies this room. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A separate home office area allows for a work area with desk and electric outlets. The North Shores Beach community is conveniently located on the quiet cape but near enough to town for easy access to dinner and shopping. This ocean retreat combines the best of all Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Enjoy the walking and biking trails of Henlopen State Park, Gordons Pond, the fun of the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. North Shores ~ A Perfect Spot to Spend Your Summer Vacation!!

A guessing game all the time.
There was so much trial and error, such as finding light switches for recessed lights (some we didn’t). Where is the lid was to be used in microwave to avoid splashes when reheating (never found it). Nobody was there to ask. Lingo realtors couldn’t care less. Dear owners, make your renters happy and avoid Lingo realtors. I would go back to this property, but not through Lingo.

Perfect Get-Away
Rental process was easy and rental agents were very responsive. The property is perfect for a beach vacation. Lovely residential area. Private beach is across the street. Short bike ride to town. Well appointed and comfortable unit with great amenities. Unit was spotless, beds were comfortable, patio was lovely. Would highly recommend this unit.

Great spot for the family
Clean and cozy. Our family of 5 fit perfectly in this townhome. We loved the private backyard for cocktails and meals and loved how our chairs and umbrella were set up daily at the beach! Loved the amenities offered
