Its location gives you quick access on foot to all the cultural and entertainment activities on offer in this beautiful district of Rennes: the Opéra, the Couvent des Jacobins (convention center) are just a few minutes from your apartment. You'll be spoilt for choice with its many cafés, tearooms and restaurants, as well as its many boutiques and department stores.
