“I left my iPad in the hotel. The staff called me when they found it. Unfortunately, I was 2 hours drive away. I asked an option to pick up one week later on my way back. They kept it and I got my ipad back one week later. I feel the staff is very responsible and trustable.”

“This property is going through major renovations. It's location is perfect for the Pittsburgh area. We were looking forward to swimming but found out the pool was being renovated. The website doesn't mention it being closed. The room had a dehumidifier to help with the wet smell. The carpet felt a little damp and the shower leaked water out. The staff were all friendly and very quick to fill any requests. One being getting ice due to the ice machine being broken. There is no restaurant or bar...

“We love the staff and facilities at this Holiday Inn. They are trying to get the hot tub fixed for 3 months now, they submitted a request for the permit 4 months ago but are still waiting. if there is anything you can do to help this along, that would be great.”
