“Too dirty, so bad odor, load noise”

“Didn’t give me codes for march 5 stay so I need a refund. Property is very scary homeless people in the hallway, dark parking lot, giving wrong key codes out. One lady got the key code to the wrong room and walked in on someone and I’m afraid this may happen to me. Makes me very uneasy. It’s a live motel. I had to clean my room. Rooms are not that clean. Stairwells are sketchy. I could’ve stayed at the Hilton or Best Western.”

They must have not changed the bed or something from someone before us being I am very allergic to dogs and as soon as I got in bed i broke out like crazy, which is why need to shower.. and have no shower curtain! Got back in bed and again! So someone before us definitely had a dog in the bed and they absolutely did not change the bedding! We immediately left!”
