“I think it would be more helpful if this property were listed in a different accommodation category.
1. The photos gave us a very different impression from what we experienced. We were looking for a unique or upscale hotel stay, but the property felt more like a budget short-term rental. The surrounding neighborhood did not match our expectations and did not feel comfortable to us.
2. Parking was inconvenient. Street parking has time restrictions, and we were not comfortable leaving our car...

“I liked the breakfast; although, I've had better but again, it was nice. I had to notify the desk that I strongly felt that the linens on my bed had not been changed from the previous guest. After an hour, someone brought up a fresh pile of linens for me to change them myself. I called the front deck and requested a new room and was granted one. Thank you.”

“This is a well-maintained hotel. The breakfast was superb, and the rooms were large. The only problem was that the elevator was not working, but I guess these things happen on occasion. The front desk tried to be accommodating with getting help with luggage to the upper floors.
If you intend on using the hotel shuttle, make sure that you call ahead. It actually picks up and drops off at departures on the upper deck.”
