Hotel a Ridgeway

“They had a great staff, but when I got there they had given the room I rented to someone else so I had a regular king. My wife killed 2 roaches in the bathroom the night we got there. The next morning when I cut the light on about 20 of them scattered on the floor. Most of them ran under the refrigerator. The room door looked like it had been pried open. It had a gap and moved back and forth. You go to close the bathroom door and it would push all the way through. It was like it had been kicked...

“King junior suite was perfect. Recently updated. Far better than what we were expecting. Looks like most of the hotel has been updated recently. Free Hotel breakfast but far better than average. Waffle maker. Biscuits and gravy. Fruit. Yogurt. Delicious muffins.Clean out door pool but we did not use. Would definitely stay again.”

“Mold everywhere! I don’t think the bathroom had been clean from the last FEW guests… Hair and dirt everywhere, used soap in the tub. Was honestly scared to stay here, but we needed a ‘nap’ traveling to Florida. Was not worth the money for a 4 hour nap!!!!”

“This stay was as expected. Despite a recent renovation, their television is unable to cast to your phone to stream or have any WiFi connection. The room only had one dresser drawer and it was small. The tile was cracked on the bathroom floor and tub. Our sheets had small stains. There was a weird sound like a cricket when we slept and couldn’t figure out the source. “We checked in at 6:00 on Friday and the person at the desk was helpful and quick. Breakfast Saturday was great and the young man helping was extremely nice and helpful.”

Building has good bones but in need of rehab.First room112 was bad, mold in bathroom, window unlock on ground floor, pin holes in drapes, used condom hanging on lamp cord by trash can, fresh condom by bed stand, plugins on all lamps would hold a power cube for phone. Luggage rack was rusted. Handicap shower seat was worn out and cushion had cracks in it. “Called for a late arrival....arrived very late only to find out my room was sold after making b”

“I booked this room through Expedia. The room I recieved, the door to get in as well as the bathroom doors were very hard to open. The bathroom door drug on the floor & really didn't shut. They told me they were booked & couldn't change my room. Night clerk wasn't friendly. The next day they found me a new room. As I booked online 8 weeks prior for that. Everything was great for our final 3 days staying here! Friendly staff, great breakfast!”
