There was an issue for quite a few hours where there was no hot water. But the staff continue to text me to give me updates. “In Room 215, the bathroom door is badly damaged and wooden splinters are visible from top to bottom. In these surveys, include a section to upload at least 2-3 pictures. This will allow you to see what we see in the hotel rooms and hopefully the deficiencies can be addressed immediately.”
