“Tutto ottimo in una struttura splendida ”

“Safe and pleasant location, and thank you to the team for being flexible with us at dinner. However, we were disappointed by a few things: being charged for small items like a laundry bag, unstable hot/cold shower water, not being able to open windows or use the balcony because of mosquitoes, and the dining terrace being too hot with no fans. “Hotel molto grazioso, pulito e ben tenuto. Colazione con diverse proposte anche per vegani e gluten free. Personale gentile”

“Tutto magnifico! Consigliatissimo!”

They were all extremely professional, delightful to speak with, and had the right dash of humour. Nothing was too difficult. Breakfast wasn't over the top but fresh and tasty. There is a walk down into Lugano town and a walk back up the hill. I came here because it is close to the train station. I brought my 84 year old mother and she was able to...
