“We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection.”

“Very clean room, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, the pancake machine wasnt working properly. But hey theres an ihop nearby. Parking was good, there was always a spot available. In a great location and convenient to get to alot of locations”

“When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!”

“Room looked new and had plenty of space with every amenity that we needed. The breakfast bar was spectacular as were the Texas shaped waffles! We will definitely visit again.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“The breakfast menu was incredibly good and was great. The rooms were well cleaned and maintained, the staff were also incredibly nice and had great customer service.”

“Food, drinks and service was 10/10. Parking ample. Pool area was perfect. Great view and quick trip to Austin.”

“Room was clean. When you flushed the toilet it made a horrible screeching sound that lasted 30 seconds. You could hear it outside. I do not believe it was just our toilet.”

“I didn’t drive so I can’t comment on parking. Room is nice. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good, same thing everyday. But the coffee is very weak and lukewarm all the time, I think they should just put one of those automatic coffee machines that grind the coffee by order that way it will be fresh hot and strong. That’s really the only thing I can complain about. ”
