Hotel a Riverhead

“The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with every amenity I needed. The free WiFi was great and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. A great convenient location within easy access to the airport”

“Great motel if your looking for a really inexpensive motel for the night before heading to the airport. I do not like the reception lady that wears a headscarf and alot of eyeliner and makeup, she was so rude, unfriendly, snobby, looked at you like we were dirt- a real yucky lady! She would be my only complaint, I mean take a job on customer service when you hate people. She has never smiled once!”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Great stay for a lay over”

“This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.”

“A bit dirty and smelly especially the breakfast room but then again it was cheap and central and the staff were all amazingly helpful and pleasant.”

“Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform. The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....
