“We had a great time at Cheryl’s cabin! The river (across railroad tracks and through a small strip of trees- about 2 min walk) is beautiful! We tried to tube the river but it was a bit low in areas. We enjoyed it nonetheless - down river is remote and scenic. There are a few swim holes near the cabin (about 4 to 5 feet deep in spots) that are beautiful with clear water, sand/rock beaches, and large rocks cropping out of the river bed. “You spend so much time picking a vacation spot for your family. It has to be affordable, clean, well taken care of and as described. We’ve been let down more times than I’d like to admit.We traveled in two cars and because my wife and I had to stop for a grocery pickup, my daughter, son and granddaughter went ahead to the rental and I was so relieved when I got a text “IT IS SO CUTE!”.A little later when we arrived with the groceries I was so happy when I seen them come out on the porch smiling...

“We met some old friends of ours for a weekend stay. The place was perfect for 2 couples- 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and we shared the common area kitchen. we were too busy catching up to use the hot tub or the sauna. We could have used some more kitchen cleaning stuff (a sponge, scrubber or brush) but we made it work. When we got there the place was immaculately clean. I highly recommend. ”
