Nice spacious cozy home in Brighton area located in nice suburban neighborhood. Neighbors who keeps to themselves and mind their own business. Private patio to use for bonfires and smoking / relaxation. This vacation home is a home away from home. This hone is very close to all major highways, very close to nice 4 to 5 Star Restaurants in the area. Minutesaway from a local Tops or Wegmans Grocery Store.

Supplied most of our needs

Advertised sleep for 6. Only two bedrooms. No microwave. Not nearly enough dishes or kitchen ware to accommodate Six. Property was clean. Communication problems were totally on us. In the end the manager was very helpful getting us to and into the property. 10:00 check out a little early.

This area was nice. I feel that a microwave and a working and newer coffee machine would have made it nicer. Water pressure was low in the shower .It was great location.

Clean and comfortable

We came to town for the eclipse and needed a place to sleep over. This place fit the bill. Beds were comfortable and the owner left some nice touches to make us feel welcome. And the place was surprisingly quiet. My text questions were answered in a timely and friendly manor when I asked.

Rent with caution

Unfortunately due to an incident that I was unaware of the owner doubled the cleaning charge (which I paid immediately when I arrived home) and gave my party a bad review all while I was traveling. Nothing was done intentionally or maliciously by any member of my family to this property. If the owner doesn’t want the property getting used/dirty, including the bathrooms, then renting it out isn’t an option. We are all human. In regards to the property, at the time of my stay the following was applicable: 1. Advertised space was expanded to include the lower level- it was locked and we didn’t have access. 2. Has 1 1/2 baths but only 1 hand towel. 3. Says sleeps 6 but only 2 washcloths and 4 very old and thin towels in linen closet. 4. Water pressure is good until you turn on shower then it turns to barely a light rain shower and if you switch the shower head to the 1 other setting it trickles. 5. No microwave. There are several other items I could mention but will not. This was my first time using Vrbo and sadly it was not a favorable experience. I have no interest in returning to this location.

great place and location

1 night stay without any issues and smooth process. Good contact with the owner. Place was very close to 590 which made our travels to and from quick and easy.

Just what we needed

Place was exactly as we expected. Location convenient to walking path, grocery stores, restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. This location includes off street parking and we were able to park close to our place.
