“We had a very enjoyable short stay at The Canford. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly (Terry, Ross, Ellie, Lena, Taly). Our room was an Accessible room (although we didn't specifically book one) and was quite large and very comfortable, with a large, well-appointed bathroom. Being accessible it was on the ground floor and very convenient to the car park. The room was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed two evening meals at the hotel, as well as breakfast both mornings,...

We paid extra for breakfast which was decent and worth the money (a hot breakfast which is brought to your table and cereal, pastries and hot drinks that you can get yourself). Great location for the quay and old town, with shops, restaurants, pubs and many boat trips nearby. If we were to return to the area we would come back here. ”

I would say there should be some upgrades made to the tv to be bigger, a more comfortable mattress, and if there was a way to make the floors less squeaky that’d be great.
