Questo super grazioso cottage con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è il luogo perfetto per un tranquillo weekend sull'acqua. Il soggiorno / cucina / sala da pranzo aperti ha pavimenti in legno duro, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e molti posti a sedere per tutti. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare il pescato del giorno e c'è anche un tavolo per la colazione per il caffè del mattino o un posto veloce per sfamare i bambini. Fuori nel soggiorno ci sono tutti i mobili nuovi, un tavolo per 6 persone, una sala da sole e un divano letto matrimoniale per uno spazio extra. Alla fine della hall troverete la camera da letto principale con un letto king size e un bagno privato. La doccia è fantastica e ci sono anche doppi lavandini. La seconda e la terza camera condividono entrambe un bagno altrettanto meraviglioso. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza un letto a castello pieno pieno. Questa casa può ospitare un totale di 10 persone. All'esterno troverai il molo più incredibile solo per le 5 case di questo complesso. Puoi portare la tua barca e legarla al molo e la pesca notturna è incredibile sotto le luci. 2 barche al massimo consentito per questa unità - $ 25 di carica per ogni barca aggiuntiva. 1 cane MAX consentito in questa unità

Ogni unità si trova tra enormi querce e ha il suo posto auto coperto con un deposito privato chiuso per le tue cose. Questa casa è anche a breve distanza in auto da Rockport Beach e la caccia alle anatre di livello mondiale è proprio fuori dalla porta di casa. Ci sono anche i cervi più carini che si ritrovano proprio vicino alle case. Potrei andare avanti all'infinito o potresti fare di questo il tuo prossimo luogo di vacanza. We loved our stay, it’s semiprivate. We felt so secure that we didn’t even lock our doors. I took midnight walks. The property had ample lighting on the pier and property. The view! The kids catching fish and the smiles on their faces. Communication was great. Easy check in and departing instructions. If we could of changed anything, it would be able to control the AC. Set and locked at 73. It was comfortable during the day, but at night we would of liked it cooler. Overall, this was money well spent and I can’t wait to Return.

Everything was pretty good. The house was nice & clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of 3 things. First was on our first night when went to use plates for dinner there was food stuck on almost all the plates. I had to prewash everything we used. Second was the pier. We love to fish, we expected the pier to have fishing lights on the end. It was one little light that lighted up about maybe 10 foot out from the pier. Very hard to fish with 3 people. There was walkway lights down the whole pier that was nice and bright but walkway and fishing lights are two different things. Third was in the master bedroom there is a tv but it only has a roku box. Which would have been fine but the remote didn’t work. When a lady called to ask us about our first night stay we told here but nothing was done. There is tv in the living room. Other than those things our stay was very relaxing. Easy access to local stores and restaurants. We like that it was gated. The property manager does live onsite which didn’t bother us. There is a total of 4 houses in this gated area that are right next to each other. We were lucky that no one booked the other two houses. I like peace and quiet on my vacations I don’t want to be that close with others. Overall it was a nice getaway.

Accommodations were comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful view at water. Manager was super attentive and nice. Very homey and met our needs perfectly. Everyone wants to go back!

The property was excellent and the stay very enjoyable. The T-Head on the pier was damaged during a previous storm and is not safe. It needs repairs and the online listing did not indicate it was out of commission. The problem I have was the excessive owner, management and services fees that totaled almost 90% of the advertised rental cost. This will keep me from staying at this or any other VRBO marketed property in the future. We had to book on very short notice so we didn't have a lot of choice. Learned my lesson.

Staying here with kids and extended family. Great place if you are looking to social distant as it's on a private gated road with for houses well spaced out. House has been remolded recently so it's nice and clean. The private dock was great for catching specs with the kids.

We have stayed at a lot of places in Rockport over the years, and this is by far the best! The cabin was roomy, very clean (and I am picky), and had everything you could need. The location of the property right on Copano Bay is perfect. We fished off the pier every night and caught a lot of trout. We watched the sunsets from the pier, too, and they were beautiful. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Property is tucked in a quiet neighborhood where you can really get to wind down. We fished a lot at the private dock - with a great view - while escaping the big waves and big crowds at the beaches.

Very nice location to boat ramp and access to all that Rockport has to offer. Very well kept and clean. Looks like all new remodel for the most part. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
