In a quiet area near the centre and in a small 'village like' residential complex is "Casa Federico", a small apartment with all the conforts you are looking for.
The house consists of a dining room with a kitchen corner, a double bedroom, bathroom and a nice yard where you can relax and dine in the pleasant roman summer wind.
It has a TV, wi-fi connection, air conditioning, washing machine and, on request, there is the possibility to host a third guest.
The centre is easily at hand with only three subway stops, "metro A" at a ten minute walking distance or with the bus n. 49 that stops at 100 m from the apartment and in 15 minutes it will leave you right in front of the Vatican Museums.
Also, in only a few minutes, you'll arrive at the Gemelli Hospital, at the IDI (Dermathological Institute) and at the Ergife Hotel for competitive exams, conferences, conventions and exhibits.
Everything else you may need, you can easily find in the neighborhood at walking distance: pharmacy, bar, bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pub, cinema, open air market, and the Pineta Sacchetti park, that overlooks, in a beautiful view, Saint Peter's Dome.
