The Villa Romana is located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, directly on the sandy beach of Playa Serena, with a long promenade and next to the natural park of Punta Entinas, where you can admire the pink flamingos in their natural habitat. Enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year in our apartment complex, which features a magnificent outdoor pool (open from June 15 to September 30), a tennis court, two paddle courts, a children's playground, and a Mediterranean garden with shaded rest areas.
All our rental apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, free NETFLIX, and offer views of the sea and/or mountains. Pets are warmly welcome, so the whole family can enjoy an unforgettable stay. Just a few steps away, you'll find numerous restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and the 18-hole Playa Serena Golf Course.
For even more amenities, you can head to the city center of Roquetas de Mar, about 5 km from Villa Romana, where you'll find the "Gran Plaza" shopping center. In Roquetas de Mar, you can enjoy the "Mario Park" water park during the summer months, and the Roquetas de Mar Aquarium is worth a visit all year round.
On Thursday mornings, you can shop at the local open-air market for fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products. There are also two covered markets where you can buy not only fruits and vegetables but also fresh fish and meat; one in the "Las Marinas" neighborhood about 2 km away and the other in the city center.

Villa Victor is a three-bedroom apartment oriented towards the east, offering direct access to the central garden and located just a few steps away from the swimming pool, making it ideal for families with children. Enjoy a splendid garden view from the terrace. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen and sleeping arrangements for up to seven people.
