Cottage a Royal Leamington Spa

“A very clean, cosy cottage that is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds.”

“Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a lovely setting. Warm welcome from our hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Moat house pub serving good food within a few minutes walk was a definite bonus. Nice location for visiting Stratford upon Avon and lots of attractions around the area. Would definitely stay again.”

“Everything was perfect, they accommodated what we needed and it was such a beautiful little cottage Highly recommended”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our short break at this lovely converted stables / barn. Thoughtful welcome bubbly left for us to enjoy and the hot tub was amazing. Lovely view over the fields.Would definitely come back again”

“A characterful converted cow shed with roof beams, but decorated in a modern way with all you need, and a free jug of milk. The bed was comfortable, and there was a wet room shower.I could not see any way to open a window, which I would have liked, and the Wifi only worked in half the room, which I mentioned to the owner. We were welcomed and again had goodbye said to us as we left, which was friendly. We prefer a separate bed room as one of us gets up very early, but it was OK for one night.A...

“We loved everything about it. I'm sure other guest reviews provide the details. Grounds, rooms, hot tub, pond...all wonderful.”

“The studio was perfect for break away. It was well appointed, so clean and beautifully set up. We rented e-bikes in the area from All Cotswolds Bike Rental and they brought the bikes to us! It was a wonderful holiday!”

The hosts had left little touches such as shower gel and shampoo etc which was lovely. My daughter loved being near the horses and the ladies in the stables next door were really friendly. Couple of niggles - having to walk around the property for the hot tub and cobwebs in windows, lamps and lampshades in bedrooms.”

“Such a nice place to stay. Peaceful with lovely views. A short drive to pubs & shops. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area followed by some cozy nights. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. We'll be back!”

“We had a wonderful time at Heath Farm, a very peaceful and quiet place. Everything was just perfect. Our hosts were very nice, helpful and reactive. We are looking forward to coming again.”

“My husband and I loved staying in Beechnut at Heath Farm. I had stayed at the Farm about 10 years ago with my parents and thought of it often over the years. When my husband and I started planning our trip to the UK (his first visit), I knew where we had to stay! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, overflowing with flowers and those classic green rolling hills you envision when thinking of the English countryside. The cottage was a great size and had a particularly lovely bathroom and...
