“From our after midnight arrival to the manager who went out of his way to change us from one type of handicap access room to one that was better suited to my needs. This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. A rare find these days”

“Staff helpful, room well used and a couple of lights out in the bathroom, but blackout curtains worked and the bed was reasonably comfortable, so a good night’s sleep was had for fifty quid.”

“Property is exactly what it needs to be, a place to spend the night if traveling through the area or in town for work. Wasn’t anything particularly wrong with the room or the hotel, just ticks all the boxes for what it’s priced to achieve.”
