“Really awful reception into the hotel. Very dirty entrance area. Staff were okay once we started talking but initially not nice at all. Such a basic hotel. Carpeted room!?- why? And of course stained! No shower gel just an empty bottle. We regretted getting a room here the moment we pulled up to the hotel.”

“No A/C. We requested a fan and they brought us one that was full of dust. Didn’t realize that until we turned it on and dust chunks flew out. Realized we could use the hair dryer to blow out all the dust so that helped but then dust chunks were all over the floor. Facilities are a little run down. Staff was duct taping down the carpet in the hall right outside our door. Check in at kiosk didn’t work. Staff present was not that helpful but eventually got us checked in.”

“Visiting family. Super friendly front desk. Simple and adequate breakfast buffet. Room is simple, functional and air conditioned. Which matters when it’s 32C outside! Loved my stay, been 15 years since my last stay here and if anything it was better this time. Good one night spot if you need to visit Rugby”
