“I don’t know if I just got the bad room or what experience the others have had that it was rated so high. I got a suite and decided on the first floor. The room is ok. The balcony is unusable due to the buildup of bird poop (not a couple days worth). The room and TVs are old and need updating. The AC unit in the room was so loud you had to choose between running it and sleeping. The bed was way too firm (opinion). Our sheets had stains on them when we got there. The breakfast that everyone raved...

“Great value for being on top of the mountain. Check in was easy and checkout even faster. Comes with all the basics. Bed and pillows were Extra firm and dated, and could use an update. ”
