“Al check-in tutto il sistema in blocco, no wi-fi, no chiavi magnetiche per aprire porte, ogni ospite doveva essere accompagnato in camera dal personale dell'albergo. La normalità è tornata il pomeriggio del giorno dopo. Mi sarei aspettato un minimo di risarcimento, anche solo simbolico con un drink o una colazione, nulla, nemmeno scuse formali per il disguido”

“We stayed at the Sonder Burnham Apartments for 6 nights. We liked the communication from Sonder regarding check in. We did know we had to set up the App before we left. We liked the ability to open the doors with your phone. The apartment was really clean. We had a studio apartment and it was really well appointed with appliances and homeware. “Great place to stay, excellent location. Only downside is elevator was out so climbing to the 4th floor was tough each time, especially with luggage. Should be fixed soon and will be staying here again for sure ”
