“Room was clean and the staff was friendly”

“Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great.”

“The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. ”

“Staff had just come in from smoking so the ENTIRE lobby smelled like smoke. The next day the lobby smelled like rotten food. The first room I had, had ants. They moved us rooms, the second room, the carpet was coming up, the bedsheets were stained and it smelled. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The air unit was extremely loud and sounded like running water. ”

“Cleaning staff came into the room without knocking on the door. Bath ceiling showed cracks along the line where the wall meets the roof. Breakfast not so good”

“This is the second time I've booked with Expedia and we've ended up with a room that the ceiling in the bathroom needed repaired. In addition, we checked in on a Sunday afternoon and the pool was shut down, the description of the property said there was a hot tub, there was none. The Staff was Wonderful ! They did have the pool opened by morning, as we requested, and the girls at the front desk were just delightful & very helpful. Loved Them !!! We had a very comfy king bed. Other than...
