“The female front desk person made 4 people wait over 20 minutes while she tried to tell an Expedia customer to call Expedia to cancel her reservation. Then she told us that our rooms were not ready but she would call us when they were. We went to the coffee shop next door. Never received a call. Many rooms were available when we went back and this desk woman was just sitting on a couch in the lobby with her shoes off. There was a large crack in our bathroom sink and a big crack on the ceiling...

“We were greeted at the front desk with news of an upgrade to our reservation! From a King room to a Double King Suite. The downstairs room was very clean and spacious and also next to poolside. The A/C unit was precariously vented out the frint room window so privacy and lighting were an issue in the evening. All in all … we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again!”
