Hotel a Russiaville

“Suite was great for a budget-friendly 5 day stay. Two full baths with a separate bedroom from the sitting area were perfect for us, and the larger fridge made it much easier to keep our cooler items cold. The bedroom TV signal needed adjusted, but I forgot to mention that to staff.”

“The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly”

“Can't blame the nice people working here for the terrible conditions at this joint. The room was so damp I was wet from lying on the sheets. It was so damp the little hand towel I wiped my hands with the first night never did dry over the course of two days! Even the chair was wet! There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The ice machine worked but the refrigerator was not cold. The absence of any pictures on the wall left a creepiness value that maxed out the weirdness scale. The...

“Bed was very comfortable, the area was quiet and the breakfast was filling. The staff was very friendly and made sure we knew where all the amenities were and times.”

“The pool is shut down permemantly now, and the ice machine on the 4th floor is broken. Wouldn't recommend staying while they have parties with people not staying in the hotel. But the beds were very clean & no bugs. The young lady at the desk on Saturday was very helpful when I left my energy drink in the room after we left.”

“There is one waffle maker and the hotel was packed. There were some good options but just not enough for a full hotel.”

“Didn’t like the pillows, bedding needs to be fresher. Maybe it is the detergent and the breakfast is usually good, but this stay was discouraging.”
