Cottage a Rye

“The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. “We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure. We’d definitely...

“We spent a lovely quiet weekend away in this comfortable house that is really convenient for driving into Rye only a few miles away.”

“Heel leuk huisje met alles er op en eraan! Super lekker bed en geweldige douche. Op goede locatie, vlakbij Rye, en het strand. Wel even moeten zoeken want huisje ligt aan redelijk drukke weg en Google geeft een andere plek aan op de weg. Dus we stonden in eerste instantie op verkeerde plek. Absolute aanrader!”

“A lovely stay in a lovely property within walking distance of Rye town centre ”

“Lovely cottage in perfect location”

“Clean, everything you need, walking distance to beach, nice and quiet. Would be 5 star except sofa smells, plant overgrown on entrance to property and back door very stiff and hard to lock. Lovely little estate of pretty houses”

“A great stay in a lovely area. New Hope is close to the beach, shop and pub and is perfect for those with a dog. It's very comfortable and has all we needed and the enclosed outside area is so useful if you have a dog. There's plenty to do within a short drive and we thoroughly recommend it. Thank you!”

“the cottage was lovely the only nuisance was next door had 5 dogs which were noisy l did not mind much because l like dogs but for someone who wants a quiet getaway will not get it but the cottage was great.”

“Had a wonderful one night stay at Holly Cottage with family. Location is great with pubs and tearoom close by. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and how quiet the cottage is. Would definitely recommend!”

“Perfect brake away very relaxing, everything clean will definitely return and recommend having the brewery on site was a bonus too for a few drinks.”

“Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus! Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl.”

“Lovely property with a great location, a 5 minute drive from Leeds Castle! Very friendly host and accompanying doggie! Both properties also had great wood burner hot tubs which were fantastic.”
