“We booked this at the very last minute after having to deviate from our ski touring plan around Saas Fee. The staff were really nice and friendly, the rooms clean and functional with nice views and the breakfast was excellent and really good value.”

“Das Zimmer hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Alles aus hellem Holz. Einfach gemütlich, sauber, tip top. Wunderbares Panorama Fenster. TV hat einfach eingestellt, nicht kompliziert wie in gewissen Hotels. Das ganze Hotel, mit Skiraum, Restaurant, einfach super schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“la reception non è stata competente per check out , ha richiesto il pagamento al cliente quando la camera era già stata pagata da agenzia, che è dovuta intervenire almeno 3 volte. Mi domando se fosse stata domenica e l'agenzia fosse stata chiusa come poteva risolversi il problema del pagamento, il cliente avrebbe dovuto fare un doppio pagamento? Queste situazioni sono alquanto sgradevoli !”

“Hello I was very pleased with my stay here. The building architecture is very cool and it is build on the edge of a gorge. The inside of my room was also nice with relatively new and quality fixtures. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Lots of clean and quality options. Most importantly the staff was super helpful with everything. I got food poisoning (not from them LOL) during my stay there and they did things like bring food to my room and drive me to the pharmacy. Beyond that,...

“The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. “The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. From the balcony you have a nice view to the mountains and it is sunmy in the afternoon. The chairlifts are 500 meters away and there is a small bus to nring us close tothe mountains. Breakfast is good and complete before a ski day. Would definitely recommend ”
