I was greatly inconvenienced when I arrived at the hotel after a 4.5 drive to find out they had canceled my reservation. They claimed it was cancelled because I didn’t pay in advance but it wasn’t a requirement for reservation. They cancelled it so they could sell it at a higher rate. There were no rooms available due to a large music festival in town. The property was not well kept and looked like it was a weekly rate hotel with people living in it. The front desk staff was extremely rude. They intentionally canceled the reservation to get a higher rate. The signage was covered so hard to see. Horrible service and experience.

When I arrived in the room my son noticed a yellow stain on the bed. We determined it was human pee. So I went to bed he front desk and told them there was a pee stain on the bed and they needed to do something. The TV remote was missing and only one light worked. My son and I went to eat thinking they would fix the room and it was just a simple mistake. When we got back from dinner the room was not done. I went back to the front desk and was angry. They sent a worker with me back to the room. He looked at the stain and pulled up the covers and there was human poop smeared across the mattress cover. Anyway they did took care of that. We were staying 3 days so the next morning my son went to take a shower and the shower handle for the water was broken and stripped. It would not work at all. Anyway we got a different room. We were out most of the time but the microwave didn’t work in the new room and the smoke detector was sealed shut. The place shouldn’t be able to use the name Comfort Inn.

They did not have our room ready at 2pm and told us to come back at 4pm but we were late to our event. Told them we would check back in later that night. Upon arrival at 11pm, we still waited for our room to be ready. When we finally got in, there were not towels in the room. No toiletries, pillow cases has stains, and the microwave was dirty. We decided to check out immediately and find a different option.

The pictures shared on the website are NOTHING compared to the property once you arrive. There’s new management or male from the looks of it really rude. The surroundings were dirty. I asked for a non-smoking room and instead I got a room that was sprayed with bug spray and other chemicals to make the smoking smell go away, which never did for the amount of days that I stayed. There was no towels, no microwave no refrigerator. The breakfast in the morning was possibly the worst nonexistent and from the looks of it not healthy. The whole place smell like air raid for roaches. The AC had a nasty smell. The walls are too thin that you can hear everything. The neighborhood alone was just dangerously looking and people were not friendly. I would not recommend this if you have children as cheap as it is it’s not worth it. This place is not a hotel. It’s a motel and even that motel six is better service cleaner. Please think about it before you book. It’s not worth it.

No working shower, they lied about it being non smoking, no microwave, no fridge, dirty bedsheets as in black stains, RAT POOP and yes I have proof! And lastly, no towels but must be because the shower didn’t work!

No towels, no working tv, no fridge, the place smelled like sour milk. Extremely rundown and thin walls. I’ve never been somewhere this horrendous. Avoid at ALL costs!!!

Mercy. TV was blaring when I walked in and there was NO controller to shut it off. Also NO phone to call the front desk. So after 3...say again...3 visits from the 3rd floor finally got a controller. Room was acerbic and uninviting. Dark dirt spots on walls. No bath mat and only 2 towels so used one for bathroom slip safety. Breakfast was seriously pathetic. Oh n the vegrants that knocked...no pounded ... on my door at 1130p. steer clear folks

Did not stay . Upon arrival place looked run down. Staff was on phone when i arrived then one of the tenants/renters starts screaming her dog is pooping blood cause the poison there were using and screams and theres still roaches. I asked worker if i should be comcerned? He said no. Went to the room thought the elevator was going to break down .there was other rooms with plastic bags on the windows , broken windows. And dog poop on the walk way. The worst part is the room blood stains or something on sheets and pillows, incent burned on counter, and more dirt and trash under the beds then a dumpster was disgusting beyound belief. This was the first hotel i ever walked out the minute i walked in. Ohh and smooshed roached on the floor . Do not stay here.

Property is alright, a few things make you feel a little weary, but not like you should be scared of your safety. There was an issue with someone else already being in the room I was assigned and night staff had to be called to figure out and fix the problem. An inconvenience, but not horrible because staff was very nice. The room had no additional lock on door and didn’t feel securely closed, there were no towels or extra toilet paper. The tv remote did not work and had tape on the sensor in an attempt to work, still not working correctly. Overall, would not pick staying again even with the low price.

There was a person smoking Meth outside the restaurant next door when we arrived. They made us have an additional deposit of $100 on each of the rooms, The hotel is apparently undergoing upgrades and becoming a Comfort inn, but it's anything but comfortable. The floors of the room was so dirty that our bare feet were covered in dirt just from walking to the bathroom. They didn't give us many towels and no face cloths. When we asked for 2 towels, they said they could only give us 1, and that we shouldn't use it on the floor as it would get it dirty. Without any bath mat, a person could slip and fall coming out of the shower. There was no TV remote, and we had to ask for one. In my mother's room there was no wastebasket, which when we told them, they said they would take care of it and didn't. Neither room had a smoke detector. Our room didn't even have a microwave, and in my mother's room the light by the bed didn't work at all. The breakfast wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, nor was there much there. They heated up eggs, which were still cold. There was no bacon or butter for your toast.

Reserved a Room with King sized bed they only had a a room with two queen size beds. We got stuck in the elevator, called the front desk they managed to get it open!!! After they taped it off and it was out of service. My husband had surgery in the past year and it is difficult for him to get up stairs. In the room the smoke detector had no cover, wires hanging out. No hand towels. The sheets were stained.The tv didn’t work. We were told maintenance could fix it the next morning. We only we’re staying 1 night. The front desk guy was hassled because the computer was not working. There was bags of trash everywhere outside. I want a refund!!!!

I completed a survey to share my feedback about my recent stay, as I felt it was important to highlight the issues I encountered. With over 32 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I wanted to address the conditions that I believe constituted false advertising. However, I was uncomfortable being profiled and questioned when I checked in at the front desk. The hotel manager suggested I approach him with any concerns, but I feel that simply reporting my issues would not change my experience. For instance, I went without a restroom for 24 hours during my stay, which was unacceptable. Out of necessity, I had to purchase a toilet plunger to help resolve my complaint, even though I am not employed by the hotel. I did this to ensure that no one else would have to endure the distress of not having access to a toilet for an entire day. again, I would hate to give a survey and be in profile and have to answer to a hotel manager for giving a survey. It’s not my job. I’m the guess the paying guest

It was very noisy and there were very young girls crying as if being beaten. I called front desk 3 times to call cops. They didn't do it. I would never stay there again.

It's definitely a 2 star hotel. Nothing spectacular. Smelled like weed and cigarettes all outside. Breakfast was subpar. But it was a good place to sleep for the price. Which is exactly what I wanted. Room was clean, staff were polite.
