“The pool area and the bedroom doors off the poor area need cleaning and painting. The beds, breakfast, customer service and cleanliness of bedrooms was great. There are no elevators and their are steps to get to breakfast and pool.”

“My wife and I stayed here Dec 2023 and then we just brought our daughters to stay the past few days. We have nothing at all bad to say about our stay. Room was great, breakfast was delicious and the staff are friendly. Plus, they do a special things each day/evening for the people who stay at hotel. Very family friendly.”

“Parking can be tough late on a weekend night. Staff was beyond great. Late night dining options (after 1030 or so) limited to Old Chicago next door. Hoops Brewery put their front entrance is definately worth quenching your thirst at. Beds were comfy, not too soft but not a slab of wood either. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Had zero issues!”

“We stayed in a single room with a king bed and city view. Exceptionally clean room, very spacious, and hands down one of the most comfortable beds. Wonderful staff. There were two small details would make my stay 5 stars. First, the blackout blinds are slightly off on measurement such that from the bed, there was a crack of light that blinded me awake both mornings. Second, the shower door is also slightly off on measurement so the floor was a wet mess after using the shower. ”

“We love the location and atmosphere of the Radisson and have lots of great family memories there. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful and had the best view of the harbor ever.
