Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais this apartment 3-rooms of 70 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people. Part of a chalet in a quiet spot. min fron the centre and 10 min from the lifts.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It has an Souht-East exposure with balcony and a beautiful view on the Mont-Joly, the Aravis and the village.
The apartment is composed of :
- A living room with sofa, television, dining area, wood-bruning stove and access to balcony.
- An equipped kitchen with 4 induction hobs, extractor fan, oven, microwave, firdge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
- A bedroom with double bed (140*200)
- A bedroom with 2 single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin.
- An independant toilet.
Addtional equipment : outdoor parking space, ski and boot storage. Bed linen and towels provided. Wood available. Pets not allowed.
Warning: winter equipment strongly recommended to access the chalet.
