Luxury Barn 5 minutes drive to Morzine and the ski slopes

Chalet Bon Vie is a beautiful restored 200 year old farm house in a wonderful village setting surrounded by fields and wilderness yet just 5 minutes drive from Morzine, the ski lifts and slopes, restaurants, shops and bars (there is a supermarket 1 minutes drive) so everything is very close by.
We fell in love with the chalet and its location & wanted to sympathetically restore with the original beams and many features.
The entrance with its original huge front door going into a luxurious space - a big hall cupboard for shoes and coats, a cloakroom with a Victoriana toilet, across from the cloakroom is the Swedish sauna.

A really beautiful double height spacious light open plan living space with very well equipped kitchen - concrete work tops and bespoke cupboards - with all mod cons including a Nespresso machine, Champion juicer, John Lewis range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, hand blender, electric whisk and all the crockery, glassware, pots and pans you need to cater in style for a group of up to 8.
A dining area with plenty of seating round the long table , a gorgeously comfortable sitting room with 2 large sofas around the wood burning fire, with amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows across the valley. A reading area with a good choice of books.
The large terrace for alfresco dining, bbq's and sunning - or wrap up warm in the winter with the blankets and a fondue and a glass of wine!
The mezzanine is a super space to relax and do yoga or watch some movies in the 2 comfortable huge round love seats. There is also a key board on the mezz for a sing along!

Master bedroom with super king bed, double height ceiling with a chandelier, an amazing ensuite with slipper bath, huge walk in shower, twin basins - separate toilet.
2nd bedroom is on the upper floor off the mezzanine and has 2 twin beds and a gorgeous ensuite with an egg bath, power shower, basin with a super view and a toilet
3rd Bedroom with 2 twin beds and adult size bunk beds, a shower & basin - seperate toilet
