“Nel complesso struttura buona. Unica nota: la piscina era chiusa a tempo indeterminato e non è stato comunicato preventivamente al momento della prenotazione. Da migliorare qualità della colazione”

“There should be a window in the room which can be open if a person wants. Some sort of smell in the washroom, may be exhaust was not properly working. Put some extra soaps and conditioner in the shower. Staff was really welcoming and lively”

“Very poor structure…I arrived late because the flight was late and they complained.they also have complained me about loosing their keys, absurd. Nobody was present during the check out and I left the keys in the box. Very poor experience, I will not come back for sure”

“Wouldn't check me in and sold the room since I didn't check in at 4pm. I arrived at 4am and was looking for my room to sleep. Ended up sleeping in my truck until the morning. The staff said they were sold out and didn't have my room and simply shrugged me off. Absolutely disrespectful and would warn all other travelers to avoid this place in the future as they don't seem to concern themselves with anything other than money. “It was interesting regarding the history of the building. After seeing so many textile photos I looked it up and read about its history. They should leave a write up in there rooms so people can read about it. The two downfalls was that the pool wasn't opened as well the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. Even when maintenance came to look at it it still stayed at 21.5. we called down and they Sayed that they couldn't change it. They could give us a different room. At that point...
