Hotel a Saint-Télesphore

“You get what you pay for. Had to wait for staff to show up to check us in. They were friendly once they arrived. Room was clean but the sheets on the twin bed in one room were questionable in terms of cleanliness. Both rooms had window AC units. Bathroom was not very clean. If you have realistic expectations, it’s an ok place to stay.”

“Stayed here while in Montreal for work and had a great experience. The motel was quit and relaxing. I especially loved the beautiful location by the lake. Over all was a pleasant experience. Only downside was the cleanliness.”

“I booked 2 days to celebrate my birthday and it was the most memorable stay! The staff was so welcoming and made me feel like a usual guest! I am booking them on a regular when I want to get away! The best staycation ever!!!”

“Accommodations”

“Very poor structure…I arrived late because the flight was late and they complained.they also have complained me about loosing their keys, absurd. Nobody was present during the check out and I left the keys in the box. Very poor experience, I will not come back for sure”

“My stay was very smooth and the staff is very kind and helpful, especially Vivian. We felt welcomed and the rooms were clean. There’s alot of parking space available on the property so its very convenient.”

“We have stayed here for the last three or four years to attend the hydroplane boat races. We have always enjoyed staying at the property however this year everything has been updated and it was an extremely pleasant stay. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, that has not changed! There is a nice pub right next door, it is also an excellent place especially after being in the sun and heat of the race days. Looking forward to reserve for next year!!”

“Beautifully decorated, very Victorian. Rather like staying in a museum. Mattress was comfortable. Very clean. Front desk check in was lovely. Those were the good bits. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in the room was horrifically noisy, to the point where we had to turn it off halfway through the night and open the windows instead. To get any kind of breeze, we also had to open the blinds, which meant that the bright exterior lights that stayed in all night lit our room up like...

“Excellent staff, beautiful room , very clean. The only issue was that the pool wasn’t very clean, and the pool water was very cold. Also , when I tried to book a massage it showed no availability but in fact the massage therapists only work the weekends. I was quite disappointed.”

“Do not go to this hotel Check in took forever No water in the shower and no hot water to even wash up with - didn’t offer us any reduction - staff rude There was literally a used nasty garbage stuck to the side of the toilet - I have a picture of it but can’t upload it sadly This hotel should be taken off Expedia”
