By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed on our listing and rental agreement. Here it is again for your reference: By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules:

*All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply.

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.
5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (=
6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and a fee will apply. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.
7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance outside. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. The camera is on and recording.
14. Any unauthorized guests staying over will be charged an extra $100/night/guest
15. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
16. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided.
17. Please do not lose the key fob or parking pass, if you do, there is a $300 charge to replace it.
18. For pool and hot tub areas, no smoking of any kind of vaping, no glass is allowed, 2 people per unit allowed, any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.

Pros: convenient, easy check-in, Host response time, big enough for our group.Air fryer!! Cons: Bedding needed to be washed, ants in kitchen, needed bigger size cooking supplies. The 6 or 8 in cooking pan wasn’t cutting it. Surrounding area wasn’t the safest place to be out at.

Amazing 4 night stay

What a great experience it was staying at this property. The owner is very available and responds quickly. The property was clean and i appreciated the fans at night. We opened the windows and slept great. It was close to north beach so we were able to ride our boards and surf close. I would definitely stay again.

Family Get-away

We were in town with my adult kids and young children for a hockey and Jazz game. The pros of the rental are the cleanliness and the open layout. The cons were the fact the code didn’t work to get in, and until I found the host’s phone number, she didn’t respond to my messages on VRBO app. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but having a 2-car garage brings a lot of peace. Plus it is a convenient location because it has a Target within walking distance and downtown is a 10-minute drive (during high-traffic time.)I wish there had been some family-type games, but there were only VERY ADULT games with very inappropriate content for young children that I had to hide. Luckily Target was close, so I went and bought some games and toys.

Quick Guys Getaway

We just stayed one night, did a ballgame and had some fun in the city. This was a great location for what we were doing. We really enjoyed it. The home is well appropriated and had everything we needed.

Great location + setup

We came for a night to see a concert at the Granary (maybe 5 min Uber away). Beds were comfortable, very clean, well set up - we would stay here again. The only downside is kind of piecemeal information in the form of many automated messages - but all in all, very easy and great for our group. No crazy cleaning required in the morning which was amazing - just run the dishwasher.

The property was great and met our expectations. The location was great with the proximity to downtown and freeway access. There was close shopping and restaurants. Only issue was when we booked the property it said check out was by 11:00am then we recieved a message the last night indicating we needed to be out by 10:00am.
