Located in downtown Salt Lake City, Windsor Place by Summer provides an unmatched living experience with breathtaking mountain views. Combining luxury, comfort, and tranquility, this prime location puts you close to vibrant city life and majestic outdoor adventures.

The Space:
Exquisite luxury is what you will find in this stunning townhome. There is so much attention to detail and quality throughout this home. From the exterior with its imported Texas limestone to the gorgeous hardwood floors and stunning master bath with floor to ceiling marble tile, this home is exceptional in every way. The main floor has soaring ceilings with large windows, giving ample natural light, and due to its being on the corner of the project, it has the finest views of the city. The kitchen is for the gourmet with quartz waterfall island, double oven, and gas countertop range. The living room is highlighted with a black porcelain tile linear fireplace.

The ground level welcomes you with an entrance room and a two-car garage that offers plenty of space to store all your gear: skis, snowboards, bicycles, etc. You can also find a laundry room and access to the fenced-in side yard. Making your way up to the second floor you find a spacious open concept living area centered around a cozy, modern gas fireplace. This two-story atrium, surrounded by glass windows, floods the space with natural light, showcasing the sleek kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a marble waterfall island with bar seating and direct access to the 2nd story balcony.

Follow the wood, floating stairs to the upper floor where the suite is filled with luxury and even more spectacular views from its private balcony and featuring a marble walk-in shower and a standalone soaking tub and its own large walk-in closet. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Neighborhood:
Salt Lake City is a treasure trove of attractions, perfectly blending urban excitement with natural beauty. In city, enjoy the amenities at Liberty Park, 9th and 9th, The University of Utah, and Trolley Square, all within walking distance. Ski enthusiasts can explore the world-class slopes at nearby resorts, within 45 minutes you can access Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley. A little further north and you can enjoy Powder Mountain or Snow Basin. Sundance Film Festival offers many showings in Salt Lake City, in addition to Park City; this property offers a great option for visiting both. The restaurant and brewery scene are thriving in SLC! You are a 10-minute (or less) drive to some of the highest rated restaurants, including Arlo, Emigration Brewing, The Park Café, Finca, HSL, and many more. For a serene escape, Red Butte Garden offers over 500,000 spring blooms across 21 acres​​. History buffs will enjoy the close-by Utah State Capitol and This is the Place Heritage Park, showcasing the region's rich heritage​​. Lastly, immerse yourself in the local culture at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts or by attending a performance at the Eccles Theater​.

Getting Around:
The TRAX red line light rail stops, which provides direct access to downtown Salt Lake City is a 10-minute walk away. However, we highly recommend renting or bringing a car for your stay to enjoy the mountain communities and attractions. On-site parking includes a driveway and two car garage. 4-wheel drive vehicles are encouraged during winter months for increased safety during potentially slick and snowy conditions.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at a Portoro Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- No Parties or Events. - Quiet Hours observed, 10:00pm - 8:00am.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro Homes directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts, fee typically applies. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Some homes have pools and hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features. - Use at your own risk.
- In the State of Utah and in Salt Lake City County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

- Animals/Pets -- Dogs Only, Guidelines and Fee*
Animals/pets must be disclosed prior to reservation arrival date, maximum of 2 per stay. Only dogs are permitted in “Pet-Friendly” Property listings. Allowed number of dogs will be expressly stated in the listing and a $150.00 fee per animal/pet is required. Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. Any unauthorized animals/pets at the property will result in a $150.00 per day / per animal/pet fee, and may result in your reservation being canceled, and you may be required to vacate from the Property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

We came in to visit our son at the University of Utah. We were close to campus and to ski resorts. It was fantastic to have our son come stay with us and have room to eat and hang out with him. The views are stunning of the mountings and downtown. Very clean and had everything we needed! Definitely will be back!

This is a wonderful condo in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to great restaurants, bakery, grocery store, etc. Plus it has very convenient access to the main roads, highways, buses and train for sight seeing /excursions. It has been beautifully renovated and furnished and the kitchen seemed to have everything you could possibly need for cooking/baking anything with all new high end appliances. The unit is on the end and has great views from all windows overlooking downtown and the mountains.A lot of glass and very open design. Truly enjoyed our stay and certainly plan to book again!
