This apartment is located in the side building of the residence, from the terrace you do not see the swimming pool, but the neighboring residence, on the other hand you have access to the swimming pool through the gate of the garage of the residence.
The gardener of the residence will be of service to you, such as picking up your supply of drinking water.

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household cleaning at your entrance and departure and once a week during your stay with change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance.
Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.
This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.
The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.
A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD.
We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
