“The hotel was broken, dirty, and rundown. It smelled like chlorine and smoke as soon as you walked in. Our room also smelled the same. The room was outdated, and felt dirty. The toilet wasn't flushed and things were rusted and stained. It looks like one of the outlets burned. We were only staying one night and I couldn't afford to book another room so we managed. We checked out the pool even though we had no intentions of swimming. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub had all kinds of stuff...

“this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend.”

“We had reserved the room with two queen beds and a pullout sofa, and the room was incredible! It was very large with two sinks in the bathroom, which was perfect for our family of five! The breakfast was adequate and easy to access in the morning, the hotel is easy to get in and out of and the staff were helpful! We will definitely stay again when traveling through the area!”

“This property is beautiful as long as you love older hotels the only issue I have is I wake up congested each time and you can hear the cracking of floors above when people walk, but still one of my favorite places to stay. Amazing breakfast at mermaid cafe and amazing dinner at Riverview however I was unaware they offer a 20% discount at the restaurant with hotel key until the morning after we stayed I saw flyer in room. I wish that they told you this at checkin. As I’ve missed out on discount...
