“The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. The host had welcome sign with my name, fresh cut flowers, coffee and a basket of welcoming goodies. Everything in the cottage was new, modern and clean. It’s quiet at night. WiFi was included. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. Using Lyft or Uber was convenient but there is plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. It is definitely a very lovely place to stay. The host was very gracious.”

The rooms, kitchen & bath are very clean & well-maintained. The proprietor is extremely responsive and provided multiple tips for navigating the unit as well as the local area. 5-star experience all the way!”

“Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. ”

A perfect location for visiting friends in Inverness and exploring all the outdoor beauty of Pt Reyes and Tomales Bay. I did find the listing to be somewhat misleading in that it says there are two queen beds and sleeps four people. “First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet.
