The house has queen beds in 3 bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There are three smart TVs in the house with fast internet. The kitchen is fully stocked (except for food). Washer & Dryer on site.

Please note that the house is a compact 846 square feet with two of the bedrooms measuring 10 feet by 10 feet in size. The single bathroom is small and has a SHOWER ONLY with NO TUB. See photos.

This is a new listing and we haven't received review yet. But, we are experienced, well-rated hosts and treat guests like we want to be treated when we travel.

You will have access to small garage that was probably designed for a 1930's sedan. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is Level 2 EV charger easily accessible on the driveway. No extra charge for its use.

We spent some time and money remodeling the kitchen with fresh paint throughout. The backyard has hammock, outdoor dining table, & fire pit area.

Guests will have access to the whole house

The Neighborhood:
Quick Access to either I-35N or I-410. You can be anywhere in Northeast San Antonio in minutes.

VIA Bus service walking distance away at Randolph Transit Center. Multiple local routes plus Express bus to dowmtown

This street was part of the original road connecting San Antonio to Austin. The house was built in 1929 and remodeled over the years. The neighborhood is a mix of residential, apartments and commercial properties.

Getting Around:
The driveway has ample space for parking two vehicles. You could also park an additional vehicle on the street in front of the house.

The city Bus service's Randolph Transit Center is walking distance with local routes and express bus to downtown.

★ THE HOME ★
The home is small at 852 square feet. One bedroom is larger but the other two are approximately 10 x 10 feet each.

★SEPTIC SYSTEM ★
The House uses a septic system and we ask that toilet paper is all that you flush down the toilet. No paper towels, cloths, wipes, etc.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. There is a $300 per pet fee for unauthorized pets.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. There is a $300 for smoking in the home.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA ★
This home is equipped with a doorbell camera and backyard camera that begin to record and monitor when motion is detected. There are no cameras or devices that record or monitor the interior of the home.
