- Take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Fireplaces are NOT available for use.
- The garage is NOT available for use but the washer and dryer is available in the garage.
- Please do not wear outdoor shoes on the carpet on the 2nd floor as it is brand new.
- No smoking indoors is allowed at any time.
- Please only flush toilet paper.
- Quiet hours: 9pm-9am
- Max occupancy: 10
- No pets allowed
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property
- Please do not keep any food in the bedroom
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED with the express of written consent of the owner
- There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.

And more importantly, have FUN, but remember to treat the space as if it were your home :)
