OCEAN FRONT! STEPS TO THE OCEAN! Located in the heart of Ocean Beach, this apartment is the perfect spot for your visit to San Diego. It is surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, craft beer tasting rooms, and on the beach. If you like to be in the middle of OB village life this is the place for you!
Our comfortable condo is in the heart of all OB has to offer, making it a perfect destination for couples, singles, surfers, boaters, explorers... people with active lifestyles or people who just want to relax on the beach.

Our beach-living inspired condo is freshly decorated in coastal colors, complete with a full kitchen, towels for bathing and sunbathing, fans to circulate the cool winds, a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sofa bed for additional guests. It is located on the first floor, no stair climbing required. There is a flat screen TV and wireless internet service.

Just minutes from the airport and San Diego`s main neighborhoods and attractions, OB is a lively and friendly community known for its OB Pier (the longest concrete pier on the west coast), great surf spots, local craft breweries, a wide variety of restaurants from casual to upscale, coffee houses, antique stores, boutiques, and surf shops.

Please note that this property is on the ocean, on the side of a cliff with access to the tide pools below, not the beach. The sandy beach begins 1 block north.

Ocean Beach is a very walkable beach town. Ride-sharing such as Uber and Lyft is plentiful in San Diego. There are also scooter and bike rentals on every corner accessible through apps such as LimeBike and Bird. Parking is free street parking. There is plenty of long term parking in the area. Keep in mind that at peak hours, including holidays and summer weekends, you may need to park a block or two away.

This unit has a Smart TV where you can access all of your streaming accounts. There is not Cable TV.
There is not AC which is common in SoCal`s coastal neighborhoods due to great weather for the majority of the year!
This unit does not have a designated parking spot. Parking is free street parking only. Because this unit is on a residential street, street parking is usually easy to come by. However, sometimes you may have to park a block or so away. Variables that may affect this are the season, time of day, day of week, holidays, events, luck, etc.
- No more than 4 people in the unit at one time. If a party or get together larger than 4 people occurs without approval it will be shut down, and further penalties will be reflected on your account.
- Be sure to input the accurate number of overnight guests when making your reservation. There is an additional fee for 3rd and 4th guests. Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted to be overnight guests. No overnight visitors or guests unless approved by me prior to your check in date. I reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time with no refund, even after check in, if this rule is broken.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
- Disruptive pets are subject to removal.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds! There will be an additional cleaning fee removed from the security deposit if it is found that this rule is broken.
- Please make any requests for early check in, late check out, bag drop off, etc well in advance.
- Date changes must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
- **Please do not leave trash bags in the hallways. The dumpster is in the alley next to the building.**
- Missing items, broken items, stained bedding/towels or pillows will be extra charge.
- Locking yourself out of the unit incurs a fee of $50 that is claimed from the security deposit. Losing the keys incurs this same fee plus the cost of replacing the keys and keychain.
- PLEASE ensure you take your belongings with you to AVOID the $45 fee for shipping/handling of items left behind.
- Please wash dishes before check out.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community and not a hotel, please be clean and respectful of the property.
