TERRIBLE would never stay here EVER. We ended up booking another place.

Absolutely horrible experience would never recommend to go through this place communication is very poor when we arrived the place wasn’t even like the pictures on the website we ended up booking another place.

Dirty and bad neighborhood

Unfortunately, our experience was not good. Upon arriving, we realized the place was very dirty. The floors were so gross our feet were black! We had taken a broom to sweep the floors and had ended up with piles of crumbs and hair. The bathroom wreaked of urine and actually had urine stains all around the bottom of the tile and caulking of the toilet. The bathroom mat that we are supposed to step on outside of the shower was still dirty and we shook our tons of hair and crumbs. After complaining to the host, she offered to send back cleaners to fix. We agreed,only to have them come and literally not clean the floors! All of the piles of crumbs and hair were still all around and nothing was mopped. The host offered us $50 off for any inconvenience and refused to remedy the situation further, ignoring all of my messages. She had no desire to even see the pictures of how the place had looked. Other things to note about the place Is that not one piece of information was left. No wifi info, no laundry info… laundry is literally not inside the unit. You have to try and go share with the neighbors and you have to bring yo ur own laundry detergent. They didn’t even leave us a laundry basket to use. The tub stopper was broken so I couldn’t bathe my kids, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, I opened the blinds and the top came crashing down on me. The “pull out sleeper” they have advertised is a super stained up tiny chair that even a child wouldn’t be comfortable sleeping in.
