Posizione, posizione, posizione! Il condominio si trova a 1/2 isolato da Mission Bay, Fanuel Park e dal lungomare.

Questo condominio splendidamente decorato con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova all'ultimo piano e può ospitare 6 persone. Il condominio è aperto e luminoso ed è il posto perfetto dove stare con la famiglia o gli amici.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size in California e la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. C'è anche un materasso ad aria Queen che puoi sistemare in salotto e un pacchetto per giocare con il tuo bambino.

Cucina splendidamente ristrutturata con tutto il necessario per cucinare a casa. I servizi includono: caffettiera, tostapane, frullatore, ice maker, lavastoviglie e casalinghi per cucinare e cuocere al forno. Lavatrice / asciugatrice full size, WIFI, ferro / tavola e asciugacapelli. Enorme TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno con soundbar via cavo e bluetooth. Non rimarrete delusi!


C'è un parcheggio e oggetti da spiaggia nel garage. Abbiamo teli mare, sdraio, boogie board, giochi di sabbia, carro, kayak e due incrociatori da spiaggia. Tutto quello che devi portare è il tuo costume da bagno!

Il ponte sul tetto ha vista sull'oceano. È il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi o fare un barbecue con la famiglia e gli amici. Durante l'estate è possibile vedere gli spettacolari fuochi d'artificio Sea World dalla terrazza sul tetto o dal balcone privato.

Cammina a pochi isolati a ovest lungo la baia fino al Catamaran Resort (che ha il noleggio di barche e altre attività acquatiche), Sail Bay, campi da beach volley, area giochi per bambini, un parco erboso e la vivace passerella sul lato della baia.

Siamo situati dall'altra parte della baia a pochi minuti in auto dal famoso Sea World, a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto di San Diego e 15 minuti dal famoso zoo di San Diego, dal Petco Park e dal Gas Lamp District.

A $ 500. 00 è richiesto l'acconto per mantenere una prenotazione, con il saldo dovuto 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo. Se la prenotazione viene effettuata con meno di 30 giorni di anticipo, il pagamento completo è dovuto al momento della prenotazione. Se annulli più di 60 giorni prima dell'arrivo, rimborseremo il tuo deposito meno $ 150. Se si annulla con 60 giorni o meno di arrivo, rimborseremo il saldo solo se l'unità può essere prenotata nuovamente.

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter. The apartment was lovely and clean. It was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent. It had everything we needed. We hope to come back again sometime.

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The information you receive will say you need to purchase some necessities, but we stayed 3 nights and found there to be everything we needed. The towels were still a bit wet from laundry, and they had been folded and put in the closet that way.

Apartment is modern and update. Lovely decor and well stocked. Beds were nice and comfy. Outside looks a little run down when you first drive up but once you are in the apartment you forget all that. Perfect location. Only a block to the bay. Beach chairs and umbrella were a great perk as well as the washer and dryer. Communication from Adrienne could have been better. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very clean and updated. Nice amenities and great location. Perfect for families with the beach park nearby. Close to many San Diego attractions. It felt like it was a safe neighborhood.

Being able to walk down to a beach was a huge plus for us, to keep the kids entertained. And the fact it's a park on sail bay rather than the over-crowded mission beach, can be a huge plus.

The apartment is located on the top floor and there is an elevator to assist with bringing your bags up/down or if you have mobility issues. We could watch the nightly SeaWorld fireworks from the rooftop deck and walk to the beach. The apartment is clean and gets a nice cross breeze, no AC was needed. The beach supplies in the garage were very useful (cart, chairs, etc.) Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again!

We had a nice stay. Location was super central. The bikes were awesome and we used them every day. The beach equipment was also a great bonus. Place was clean and great space for family of four.

Very nice home and close to everything. Walking distance to the beach and a place to park which is hard to find. Well stocked home, had everything we needed. Only down side is that it’s on the 3rd floor and no functioning elevator. Coming and going was difficult on my friend who recently had a hip replacement. Be prepared to carry everything up 3 flights.

Previous reviewers have mentioned the bland appearance of the building exterior but one needs to get past that. The building is secure and even though there is an elevator we only used it when moving our luggage. The inside of the condo unit is excellent. Both bedrooms with the adjoining bathrooms are spacious, no tiny 2nd bedroom. The kitchen has all of the necessary dishes silverware and cooking utensils. Plenty of bath linens. In addition to the popular streaming services there is also basic cable TV which is nice for a quick check of the news or a current TV show. Pacific Beach is a very walkable residential neighborhood and this unit is only a block from the bay. It is possible to get a 4-5 mile walk along the bay and ocean with crossing a city street only once or twice. The beach cruiser bikes in the garage were more than adequate though a more serious rider may want to upgrade. We've rented several different units in the Pacific Beach area and this is a condo that we would rent again.

Close to the the beach. Nice breeze coming in from all the windows. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses and such. Really nice having a driveway parking spot as the street parking can get crazy as it’s near the beach. Owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Recommend!

I’ll be honest, the outside appearance is a bit deceiving. But this spot is located in a quiet neighborhood and the beach is literally a few minutes walk away! Once we were inside we realized none of the appearance outside mattered. It was all very clean and gave off a very homey feeling. It was nicely decorated with each room having a little theme. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with items we needed and the beach items in the garage are very convenient! It was my parents first time staying at a house for a vacation and they truly enjoyed it! Needless to say, we’ll be back here again for any future trips planned!

Everything was as advertised. Easy checkin, great location. We are a family of six so having a condo apartment saved us a ton by being able to hit “Ralph’s grocery” and cook for ourselves. It was a fully equipped kitchen and the space accommodated us beautifully! We enjoyed our 1/2 block access to Mission Bay and 3 min drive to Pacific Beach. The boogie boards and beach toys came in very handy too. While we wanted to ride bikes we didn’t end up having that experience but its nice to know it was an option with amazing bike paths very close by. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
