Worst experience
The worst hotel where to stay in San Francisco. The first room given to us was one with a beautiful view on a wall at 1 meter, while our booking was for a city view. They apologies and they given us a room with a view but with a very limited kitchenette and definitely not what we booked. That was our only option. If wasn't for only a 2 nights stay, I would have immediately requested a reimbursement and changed hotel. The only positive note is the restaurant where you are offered with the breakfast which is good.

Tre notti a San Francisco
L'hotel vanta una posizione strategica. Essendo una zona di uffici, dopo le 17 tutti i locali nelle vicinanze sono chiusi e quindi è meglio organizzarsi prima con il cibo. Il parcheggio (a pagamento) per mezzi di altezza superiore a 6' 5'' dista però 10 minuti a piedi. Massima disponibilità degli addetti alla reception per soddisfare ogni richiesta. Unica nota dolente, la pulizia giornaliera della camera inizia dal 4° giorno.

The bed was broken, slanted to the left and was incredible uncomfortable. Checking in was unpleasant, the front desk clerk was pretty rude about my small French bull dog. Questioning her weight and if she is under 20 lbs then followed me to the elevator to get a better look at her. She’s 17lbs. Being treated like that was very uncomfortable and not necessary. Will stay elsewhere in the future. I don’t like being treated like I am trying to sneak my dog into a hotel who comes with me everywhere… I’ve never had an issue or been treated like that. When she downgraded my room bcuz of my dog, it felt like she purposely put me in the worst run down room on the dog friendly floor.

Everything was perfect, except that you can ear your neighbor. And this is annoying when they argue at 2h00 in the night.

For the price, you get what you paid for. But for minor inconveniences like a bathroom bidet or free breakfast included from payment, it may be what you'd want for your hotel stay here. Still a good stay overall.

ended up being a great spot for us, a quick walk to chinatown & little Italy. we even walked to oracle park though that was a little more of a trek. hotel was very quiet, nice lobby, friendly staff. small room but perfect if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in there anyways.

I really liked how modern the hotel was. The areas were always clean and there's water bottle stations for your convenience. I also utilized the gym in the basement which was also cool. It was small but convenient. My only issue was that the chromecast in my room didn't work. The hotel was very accomodating and moved me to a new room, however it still didn't work there either. I also didn't really care for the food in the hotel's restaurant. It was a tad bit too salty but other than that, it's a great hotel. I'd definitely stay again.

Staff were so warm and welcoming. Check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient. Hotel is a convenient 10 minute walk to Chinatown, Ferry Building and California cable car/transit access. Financial district is quiet on weekends so a big plus in my book!

La propiedad se encuentra a 8 min caminando de la calle embarcadero que te saca a toda la zona de los Piers, eso creo que es un plus. En general la estancia estuvo muy buena
