Before finalizing your booking, you were asked there to confirm that you agree with the policies and terms of condition where it states that there will be facility fees to be paid at the hotel. Please refer to your Expedia reservation, they should clearly communicate that. And thank you for your assessment of the neighborhood although that had nothing to do with the hotel and the services we provide. We hope you find a location that very well suits you.

Our location is prime during the day and does in fact become more of a challenged area during the night which is why we focus on maintaining security on premise 24/7 to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We are working to do our part to support and transform the community around us along with ambassador programs like Urban Alchemy and the SFPD.
