Beautiful ocean view apartment located in Fajardo, the east coast of Puerto Rico (45 Mins from San Juan). The location is ideal, being minutes away from some of the most gorgeous beaches the island has to offer, whether it's a romantic getaway or a family vacation. The apartment has views that overlook the smaller Caribbean Islands and Cays. 5 minutes away from Las Croabas, Seven Seas Beach, Bioluminescent Bay, & Fajardo's Lighthouse. 15 minutes away from the ferry in Ceiba.

The place was very clean, not updated, but everything well-maintained and functional. The views were AMAZING. The balcony was wonderful- views and comfy chairs. A/C was strong and worked well but with ceiling fans we didn't have to use it much. Building was nice. The pool was AWESOME-huge and clean overlooking the ocean. The beach stuff (towels, chairs, cooler) were very useful. The bathroom was well stocked with flat iron, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, menstrual products, etc. Laundry has a coin machine for change and a load of wash was only $2. We rented a car, but could have walked to ice cream, restaurants, marina, etc. The place felt safe and secure, with manned security gate, and access via key card. Check-in was easy, no contact. Instructions sent in advance. The only thing that could have been better was the kitchen. There were only 2 spoons, no good size drinking glasses, no toaster, no steak knives (only large prep knives). And there was basically just salt, pepper, and sugar, paper towels, coffee filters, and napkins. No cooking spray, tin foil, etc. It would have been hard to prepare a meal here. And the table was cafe sized (as the picture clearly shows), which made it kind of tight for 2 people. So if you are wanting to cook all your own meals, it would be tough. It was fine for us as we ate out for most meals except simple breakfast. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. This was a great deal. I would stay here again!

Everything about this condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view is just amazing and the pool was just a plus! But, aside from all the great amneties we are so delighted and grateful for our wonderful host. Denise was amazing! Very informative giving us great recommendations and truly worked with us from the beginning. We are beyond grateful to her for allowing us to check in early that Tuesday am. Our flight was delayed 4 times due to weather conditions and needless to say we didn't land until the next day at 2am! Rather than having us wait till 2pm Denise allowed us to check-in by 6:30am. In addition, the property also has an amazing staff who welcomed us with open arms especially Keyshla! Extremely happy we made this choice so much that we plan to return next spring.

First off it was an amazing location. It was ocean view and being able to see other little islands was spectacular. As for the room, it wasn’t clean and outdated. The floor was dirty. I stood here for almost a week and the bedroom ceiling light/fan did not work. I reached out to Denise (host) to make her aware I bought batteries for that ceiling light/fan remote and still did not work. She stated that there were electrical issues in the area. Mind you the ac and all the other lights were working. Which made no sense. My son slept on the sofa bed and there were no extra sheets/covers for him to utilize. The bedroom bed was hard and the pillows were not comfortable either. Mind you this is my first time staying at an AIR B N B. My stay here put a stain on my future choices.

- It was somewhat difficult to get a hold of the propeety manager at times. They may need sone asaistance in order to respond sooner.- Most overall the room was clean, but the fabric on the bed headboard needs cleaning or a change. Pillows need a change. Theyre out of ahape and incomfortable. Toulet paper is very cheap brand and too rough.- Need detailed instructions for keys at checkout, just like for check-in.Other than these, it was a pleasant stay.

Great apartment

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Denise was very quick to respond and everything was clean and organized. We did require maintenance at one point and Denise quickly got them in contact with us. Recommend to anyone looking to stay at a place with beautiful views and easy access to great places.

Great place to stay

The property is clean and spacious. Had outstanding views of the ocean and mountains. It has all ameneties that you need. Felt very safe at all times. We had water backup issue in the bathtub and the owner immediately responded and addressed the issue. The sofa did not feel clean enough and pulling out the sofabed was not easy. The pots and pans non-stick coating is peeling off, and had to avoid using them.

Bright, sunny, relaxing

The condo was bright/sunny and we really enjoyed he view of the water and the marina. It was a bonus to have use of the pool which was never very crowded.Denise answered all our questions very timely and was extremely helpful.

Wonderful Time

Location is awesome as you have a beautiful view of the ocean and the marina. There are several restaurants and bars nearby. The unit is a little bit outdated but it's very clean and well maintained. Again, the view from the balcony is awesome. We would definitely stay here again in the near future.
