There is a mini-fridge, coffee maker and plenty of local coffee to help you wake up, unwind & relax.

We went above and beyond when we thought about comfort. Nice beds, plush linens, and soft towels are a rarity in Guatemala. For this, we've spared no expense in making this the most comfortable place to stay on the lake.

We have ample parking behind locked gates and a huge garden with beach access.

The space includes a free mini-bar, fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of the best local coffee we could find.

Note: The rooms are joined in the middle by an open doorway. There is one bathroom shared by the two rooms.

Guests have beach access where they can enjoy the crystal clear waters of Lake Atitlan, the warmth of the sun, and the only beach on the south side of the lake

We also have a huge garden, with lush green grass to enjoy reading a book, or just relax and enjoy nature.

There are 2 patios, one below near the beach and one above the garden that guests may enjoy.
