Casale San Vito Edera family house

  • It is an Holiday House located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of the sicilian coast. It is located on a cliff just 150 m from the sea (reefs), has a lovely sea view and a unique natural landscape characterized by spontaneous dwarf palm trees behind a turquoise sea. It is only 2,5 km from the center of San Vito, about 800 meters from the famous tuna, 2,5 km from the white sandy beach and 4 km from the Zingaro Nature Reserve. It 'a lovely place to spend an unforgettable holiday.
    The house is as follows: 3 bedrooms, living room with single sofa bed, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, outdoor area (with gazebo, barbecue, deck chairs, etc..) And is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, tv satellite, etc.). Free WiFi is offered throughout the property.
    The Casale is a large Holiday House. It's divided into 3 independent houses. The houses are completely independent with a private outdoor space. The 3 houses only share the parking, the pool area, and a large external garden of 7,000 square meters around the Casale.

True Rustic Sicilian House with beautiful views

San Vito sells itself, but this house is a real treasure! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything you needed. The pools and grounds are outrageous. Highly recommend!

bucht den oberen stock!

wir waren im unteren stock (einzige wohnung mit 3 schlafzimmern, insgesamt sind es 4 appartments im haus - 2 oben, 2 unten). von oben hört man praktisch jeden schritt, das haus ist sehr ringhörig. da oben eine familie mit kindern war, waren wir immer schon um halb 8 wach. zudem sind die betten eine katastrophe: die matratzen sind sehr hart (rückenschmerzen) und da es pro doppelbett je 1 matratze gibt, merkt der bettpartner jede bewegung des anderen. wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen! zudem hat man in dieser wohnung in allen schlafzimmern nur ein sehr kleines fenster, hoch oben und hinten heraus, also quasi eine dunkelkammer, und jedenfalls nix mit meerblick! den hat man eigentlich nur von der terasse aus. zu bemerken ist zudem, dass man hier morgensonne hat, ab dem späteren nachmittag (oktober: ab ca. halb 4) ist man im schatten des hohen berges. abendsonne oder gar sonnenuntergänge sind hier sicher fehlanzeige. sodann muss man sich bewusst sein, dass es keine geschirrspülmaschine gibt, und dass nur ein bad/wc vorhanden ist. das positive wurde schon viele male gesagt. am besten gefielen uns der eingezäunte grosse garten rund uns haus, wo die kinder gefahrlos spielen können.

Dream villa , magical views

My stay was truly wonderful at this property. Domenico personally had everything arranged for me and my friends upon arrival. The villa was spectacular with beautiful interior design and the most breathtaking views . The location of the property was ideally suited for us (quiet and private with less tourists, but close to many beaches and wherever the action is ). If you want a dream place , spectacular views and best friendlier host and service this is the villa to stay in San Vito .Would return and highly recommend!

The perfect place to relax!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay, It is beautifully tucked away in a quiet, peaceful and scenic part of San Vito. The location was perfect, a 5 minute drive to restaurants, beaches and the market. The house was clean and cozy. Domenico the property manager went above and beyond, assisting us with car rental, transportation to and from the airport, and printing boarding passes for our return trip. We arrived at 8:00 am and the kitchen was stocked with water, bread, cheese, eggs, juice, milk and beer and wine for us! I couldn't imagine a more perfect place to spend our time in Sicily, the most beautiful place in the world!

Absolutely wonderfull!!!

Just loved it! All of us just loved it! This house is even more beautiful in person! We could have brought several more families with us =). The decor was darling and we are so happy we chose to stay here. Domenico puts in a lot of hours on her job but she was always able to respond to me quickly whenever I had a question. This house is away from all the craziness of the wonderful nearby towns. We would choose this house over and over again! Very clean ,great views from all terraces,speedy wifi, lots of rooms for privacy, this was like home away from home! We have stayed only for a week,that is the only sad story.. We would come again if possible!

Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten in Casale wundervolle Tage. Die Ferienwohnung sowie die gesamte Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und völlig ausreichend. Casale befindet sich nahe dem Dorfkern. Ein lauschiger Innenhof mit Sitzecken schafft eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Es ist sehr viel Platz da, eine sehr gute und praktische Kücheneinrichtung einfache aber gemütliche Betten und die schönste Terasse, die man sich wünschen kann mit einem Blick über den auf das Meer. Alles ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum des Ortes. Das kann sehr schön sein, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Wir freuen uns schon auf September denn dann kommen wir wieder!

BEST SUMMER EVER! HIGHLY RECOMENDED

the house has an amazing view. at night its very quiet and we could chill and enjoy the balkony without being bothered or bothering anyone else. it had everything that we needed . i can highly recomend it for everybody friend, couples and family. the landlord is very welcoming and friendly as a sicilians are :-))) make sure to have a car. all you need from groceries is around. we had the best summer ever in this house with my friends

A LOVELY, WELL-APPOINTED VILLA - STUNNING SETTING!

Incomparable view and fantastic landscape. Casale is in a quiet setting, with beautiful views, a lovely garden and great facilities. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well maintained.The large patio was wonderful for eating, relaxing, drawing and painting, and for just taking in the beautiful area - I could have spent the entire week sitting out there! Looking out over the lemon tree from the side patio was a joy and we had a couple of lovely evenings barbecueing over wood fires in the large outdoor oven. The walking in the area was superb. As we arrived before the start of the season, very few shops or tavernas were open in the area, but one small supermarket was open which had everything we needed on a day to day basis. We stocked up with basics in a big supermarket in San Vito Town when we first arrived, on the suggestion of the owner, which was a very good idea, and cheaper than buying everything locally. Domenico who manage the villa could not have been more helpful. There are some very good places of interest in the area - the Zingaro Natural Reserve is a must. We loved it here, will certainly return and would thoroughly recommend the Casale to anyone.

JUST FABULOUS AND AMAZING

Staying at Casale was the best decision we could have make. The owner Domenico was such a nice host. From welcoming when we arrived and during all the time he was helpful and very nice! The Villas are very clean and so nice decorated. The design is minimal and nice. Everything you need is available and full equipped in every house. The VIEW is not just a view but it is breathtaking. At Casale you feel like you are home......We are going back next year of sure. Thank you Domenico for a wonderful vacation!

BREATHTAKING

On arrival, your are blown away by the breathtaking view, the beauty of the villa and its magical atmosphere. We were received like princes and princesses. Being a large group we appreciated the possibility to be all together around the terraces where one can find complete privacy. The situation of the Casale is unique at the end of the village (quiet and peaceful) but close enough from restaurants, bars, shopping and San Vito's night life. We left the place with broken hearts and wish we can come back one day. It is worth mentioning also the (beyond duty) friendly and efficient staff.

PERFECTION

The property was magnificent. It was perfectly located in San Vito area. The accommodations were stunning. The views of the sea were the best of our sicilian tour. I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives and I hope to return soon. By far the best place I ever went : - unbelievable view - the beauty of the villa (combination of sicilian traditional architecture and modern amenities) - absolute privacy - large rooms and terraces - friendly and super efficient manager and concierge service - impeccably clean Will certainly recommend it to anybody who wants to go to San Vito Lo Capo. They could not find better.

Wir haben als Paar zehn Tage in diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil verbracht. Es hat unsere Erwartungen in allen Bereichen übertroffen. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten als Eingangsbereich mit den vielen exotischen Pflanzen verzaubert bereits bei Ankunft. Bestens ausgestattete Wohnung, das extrem angenehme Bett und die beste Terrasse der Welt haben uns begeistert. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfreich und stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Um auch erkunden zu können, ist ein Auto ratsam. Wir können dieses Appartement jedem, der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht.

A TOUCH OF CLASS

All too often when you arrive at your vacation destination you feel a little dissappointed because what you saw in the glossy pictures is slightly removed from the actual thing. Well do not worry because the opposite is true of Palms and Spas. This is a case of the photos not doing justice to this holiday abode, which is really quite stunning!

The view from the terrace was the best I have experienced and was a definate highlight of the stay. The apartment was lovely and kept spotlessly clean by the very efficient and friendly staff. The owner was very welcoming and happy to provide any assistance required. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone visit Sicily.

BETTER IN REALITY!

Very different to that of the majority of accommodation found in San Vito, it is special for many reasons but the main one being its stunning location looking out onto the bay, sitting in terrace late on in the evening with a glass of fizz and hearing the sea is truly magical.

WILL BE BACK FOR SURE

We had a great holiday at Casale. Once you visit this place you have to come back. We stayed for one week and found this place our home from home.Breathtaking sea view remind you every morning where you are.The Villa was very comfortable and clean and it had everything you would want to make your holiday perfect. There were 5 in our family and there was plenty of room when we were getting ready to go out in the evening. We also had a couple of barbecues and the views from the terrace were breathtaking. We would definitely recommend this Villa and are hoping to go back in the not too distant future.

Amazing Casale

The Casale is really amazing, the perfect place to relax or, as I found, be inspired! The location is perfect for exploring Sicily. The property was maintain dot a very high standard and having worked on such places in the past I can appreciate the work that goes into maintaining the place to such a high standard. I would recommend this place if you want to immerse yourself in a relaxing atmosphere, to relax and enjoy all the sicily has to offer!

ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL!!

As you contemplate the stunning view, you realise it is better than pictures. We stayed here for our Honeymoon. We could not have picked a better place. The apartments are soo classy, spotless, and the view is just amazing. The Casale is a very romantic place. Very private, far enough away from the village, but near enough to the shops, perfect location. Would I recommend this as a place to stay for complete relaxation in high quality accommodation with excellent service in a stunning location. The owner, Domenico, is the perfect host. He's there whenever he's needed, but very discreet, nothing was too much trouble for him. Its a MUST for anyone that wants a Luxury getaway, with amazing weather, views, and a beautiful location. Thanks Domenico, it was just perfect, we absolutely need to come back!!! lol Pat & Ulrik :-) x

ENCHANTING

We stayed for 2 weeks in September in this magical house and it is a cold day in NYC now and I am DREAMING about this house. It certainly cast a complete spell over me. Peaceful,lovely- for days all I could do was lie in bed and read and watch the sea outside the bedroom window and listen to the gentle rolling of the smooth rocks on the cliff below as the waves broke on the shore. We cooked, read, relaxed, swam. Morning jaunts into the charming village was a daily routine and EVERYONE was lovely and accomodating! We rented a car and toured around that area - a great place to explore. I will certainly return and will not rest until I DO! There was NO reason ever to leave this incredible house! Romantic and beautiful!

WUNDERSCHÖNER URLAUB

Wir haben im Mai 2014 eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem sehr schönen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienappartment verbracht. Die Besitzer haben in ihrer Beschreibung nicht zuviel versprochen. Für Selbstverpfleger sind genügend Supermärkte vorhanden sowie jede Menge guter Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Auto ist allerdings ein Muss, da die Wohnung ländlich gelegen ist. Der traumhafte Blick von der Terrasse ist kaum zu übertreffen und trägt wesentlich zur Erholung bei. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Vorbereitung durch den Vermieter, der auch jederzeit während unseres Aufenthaltes zu erreichen gewesen wäre. Für Erholungssuchende können wir diese Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen.

What a fantastic holiday

What an amazing villa, hospitality and service! A great place to stay, great views, away from the hussle and bustle but central to lots of great spots. Our hosts could not have been more helpful! We got help with taxis, restaurants, quads and tour booking were all too easy. Their great local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable. A truly memorable experience.Nothing was too much trouble, you will fall in love with the villa, your hosts and their hospitality. We will be back!
